Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the estimated shipping cost during the checkout process. In most of the cases the Shipping Charges are included in the price.

Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated time of shipping usually varies from 1 day to 7 days.
Shipping Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/sms. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, such as a package that is lost or delayed, please contact our customer support. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *Unboxing video with date and time stamp is a must for returning any item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please make a video of unpacking your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), premium products, personalized products, if exclusive discounts are applicable and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Charges
If the reason for the return is not due to product damage or receiving a different product, a return shipping charge will be applied. An amount of Rs.180(may vary depending on size of parcel) will be deducted from the total payment, and the remaining sum will be refunded to your original payment source.
